Here are s few projects that I completed in the New Year.The superman quilt is one that I made for a little grandson, the puffin cushion was made for a really nice doctor who helped both my husband and I a lot. The fireman quilt is for a 3year old grandson ,and there are some bags that I have made.

My projects for this week, the platypus hanger is a design from Sandi Bulter which featured in the lastest Country Threads,I have sent this hanger to my pen pal in Norway ,I am sure she will have a chuckle when she sees it. I also decided to applique some Gingies onto a tea towel ,thanks Michelle for this design. I also stitched a new snowman runner which is also another one of Michelles design. I=We are heading to Brisbane next week so I would like to say Merry Christmas to all and a very happy new year. Cheers and happy stitching to all..xxxxx

My Michelle quilt, I just Love! all of Michelle Ridways designs and I had the idea of putting them all together for a quilt for my daughter in-law Melissa. I think that I have brought every DMC thread 816 in Bundy.(ha ha) . At christmas we have lots of Michelles design hanging up or on tables especially my favourites Gingies. I would like to say a big Thank you to Michelle she certainly brings lots of JOY into our home. Cheers xxxx

Hi again, here is a painting by my darling husband Dave, he paints and I stitch. Also some bags I designed ,and my biggest project ever, my Royal quilt,it has approx 30 x stitches and the whole history of the British reigns. I gave this quilt to my eldest daugter Allison as she is mad on British history! Cheers .xxxx

Hi .This is the stitchery that I have just completed ,its a Smee design called Subversive Santa. I really loved stitching this easy redwork designs ,they made me chuckle a lot. I used DMC 666 as I thought it suited the red fabric that I used. I only have 2 more chrissy projects to finish before the big day!(hubby is having a major op on the 12th Dec) Cheers to all .xxxx

Hi, here is my Armistice hanger that I made to celebrate Remberence day in honour of my English grandad,also some chrissy bags for little grandaughters and grandsons.The hanger and bag are what I completed this week,the You are my Sunshine is one of Michelles design and was a joy to stitch! A little bit about Me! I live in Bundy with my Husband Dave,we have 9 children between us, and 16 grandchildren and one great grandaughter. We have a very big black dog called Reggie and 8 chickens and some birds. Our life is pretty busy, I love hand sewing and stitching stitcheries and applique brings me lots of Joy and keeps me out of trouble! I adore Christmas and just love gingerbread men designs and snowmen etc.I also love making bags and at the moment I am working on a Superman quilt for Noah who is 7 . A picture of the quilt top is on my pictures in my last post . I guess I will have to finish some of my christmas UFOs now . Would love to hear from any othr bloggers .Cheers to all.

My season bags design by the lovely and very talented Micheele Ridway. I just love the colours that Michelle chose in these very sweet season designs. I had thought of making a quilt but decided to make a bag for every season. I adore country colours and I always have a lot of nice comments made about my bags,so far I have used the Spring one and now I am using the summer one. Next one will be Christmas! I think maybe I am a old?bag lady ha ha.xxxx

My gingie placemat ,this design by Michelle Ridway was a joy to stitch. The teddlywinks design is called Sew Busy Bears ,loved the applique in this lovely quilt. This quilt I stitched for my friends 60th birthday. It was Sew Easy!
